The house sits on a rare low bluff with more than 200 feet of private Lake Michigan beach. Plummerville Creek, a spring-fed trout stream, runs along the north side. Inside, a spiral staircase climbs five stories to the crow's nest, where the whole shoreline opens up. Downstairs, a glass rotunda wraps the fireplace. Outside, the in-ground spa and a row of loungers face the water.

Good to know
Check-in 4 pm, check-out 10 am. Sleeps up to 20. Minutes from the galleries, shops and restaurants of Saugatuck and Douglas.
House rules, in short: no smoking or vaping, no pets, no shoes inside. Quiet hours after 10 pm. No glass in or around the hot tub, and up to 14 in it at a time. Park in the driveway in front of the house, and lock the doors and windows whenever you head out. The full list comes with your booking.
