We started with our own family's lake house and couldn't find anyone who would look after it the way we would, so we did it ourselves. Today we run seven homes across Michigan. We're a small, local team and take on a limited number of owners, so every home gets our full attention. Lighthouse Bluff's interiors, designed by Savvy Design, were featured in The Wall Street Journal.

What full-service includes
Bookings, check-ins and 24/7 guest communication. Dynamic pricing, with low-season strategies for the months when every calendar slows down. Listings built and tuned on Airbnb and VRBO, professional photos and video, and a place on our direct booking site, where we recommend your home to our returning guests.
Professional cleaning, with us at every turnover for the first month. Visits twice a month to keep the home in top shape, from HVAC filters and lightbulbs to small paint touch-ups. Monthly reports on occupancy, revenue and reviews, plus an owner's portal you can check any time.
